This program consists of seven 225-clock-hour courses covering essential skills for both general construction and specialized plumbing work:

CO100: Foundation Skills in Building Maintenance
Learn the basics of building systems, safety procedures, tool handling, and repair techniques essential for facility upkeep.
CO110: Advanced Techniques in Building Maintenance
Advance your understanding of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and common trades, including HVAC and electrical fundamentals.
CO120: Plumbing Level 1
Gain foundational plumbing knowledge, including safety, tools, materials, plumbing math, and pipefitting basics.
CO130: Plumbing Level 2
Expand your skills in water supply systems, drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems, and fixture installation.
CO140: Plumbing Level 3
